小的今天碩士學位證書入手

卻發現證書上有一段英文

OOO is hereby granted the degree of......,with rights,honors and privileges

pertaining thereto,given on the 15 June,2012.

其中，given on the 15 June,2012. 是指證書六月十五才算生效嗎?



想說下周一請人事送縣府之前先搞清楚

以免他白跑一趟

因為爬文之後，知道沒有未來敘薪這件事
